Job Summary: 

 

The incumbent has to facilitate the Ecom team CS&L delivers on service levels to the customers of the company, with least lead time and lowest cost. He/She should be driving Master data governance and service levels for Ecom by continuously engaging with multiple stakeholders like Customer counterparts, KAMs, CSMs and CP warehouse personnel. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  1. Master Data Maintenance at customer’s end/ our SAP system

    1. Customer MDM Files

    2. SPI Tracker

    3. Stock Report by Batch Details

  2. NPI Management : Listing and Stock requirement / Planning

  3. Fill Rate Analysis & Insights

    1. Daily Analysis of stock out items

    2. Weekly/Monthly Fill Rate reconciliation as per the customer need 

    3. Loss parameter monthly trends

    4. Proactive communication to customers on potential availability gaps

  1. Returns Analysis

    1. Root Cause Analysis

    2. Customer communication and Liaison

  1. Ad Hoc CWeekly Customer Meetings

    1. Weekly Fill rate reconciliation discussion

    2. Operational cusstomer Requirements

      1. Data / Reports

      2. Event PO Billing Tracker

  1. Miscellaneous

    1. Appointment Issues

    2. Unloading Challenges

    3. ASN / EDI Issues

  • ASN Failure in Reliance

  • EDI generation issue - Incorrect quantity conversion

  • PO not reflecting in SAP

  1. IDOC failure flagging and RCA

 

Basic Requirement :  

  • Strong technology background and knowledgeable about current trends, innovations and best practices 

  • Process-orientation and structured, organized thinking 

  • Excellent analytical ability and Solution Based Mindset Appropriate skill set for partnership and collaboration 

 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Customer Relationship experience / Stakeholder Management

  • SAP experience Microsoft Office or Google Suites 

  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, DOMO, etc
