Purpose:

 

In this role, we are looking to hire an experienced and enthusiastic digital specialist to develop and lead our data and CRM strategies to drive our digital transformation agenda. The candidate will partner with all of our teams (CP and agency teams) to build our first party data collection opportunities, creating acquisition, retention and engagement programming, driving brand objectives and building long term consumer value. The person will be responsible for building personalized consumer experiences and driving business through the usage of data, analytics and continuous optimization.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

● Set strategy and plans to achieve the first party data objective

● Partnering with cross functional teams (Marketing, Customer marketing, Ecommerce) to integrate first data capture in all activations/programs - offline and online. Set up data sourcing & enrichment interventions in existing and new programs.

● Capture insights from analytics to build consumer marketing strategies for personalization and campaigns - build consumer journeys, value exchange and engagement programs

● Drive and deliver key engagement metrics - Member activation, retention, Open rates, CTOR, visits,transactions & sales

● Working with the agency on day to day project management and delivery.

● Build relevant & sustainable strategic partnerships to add value to the program & to drive member 1:1 consumer engagement across platforms

● Meet KPI on 1st part data acquisition/enrichment, delivering on efficiency and importantly business outcomes by using data for marketing purposes

● Working with internal technology team to set up and run the martech infrastructure & journeys

● Aligning the internal legal team on the data collection method to ensure compliance on data privacy and regulations

● Build data driven Marketing Campaign framework with the agency - process and execution management

 

Position requirements:

● 7+ years of work experience in data driven performance marketing, data analytics and CRM strategy

● Certifications/Knowledge - Martech stacks like Salesforce, Data clouds, journey development & optimization

● Experience in AI/ML tech would be a plus

● Experience of Loyalty platforms and methodology is preferred

● Should have a knack for numbers for creativity.

● Categories of work experience which would be an added advantage - airlines, retail, BFSI (deployed and run CRM/loyalty engines for brands with a substantial database size, ability to think of data acquisition opportunities)

● Experience of working on a D2C project is a plus
