Responsibilities :

 

  • Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts, Bank accounts and follow up on open items

  • Build data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader

  • Work with data and analytics specialists to strive for greater functionality in our data systems

  • Development of scalable data management and reporting solutions to support analytics for Marketing and Customer Development (Sales) working with the Division/Global Analytics Functional Leads

  • Develop and manage visualization deliverables that bring to life the data sets allowing for drill downs, diagnostics and self-service by the functions in the center and on the ground.

  • Assist with change management needs (e.g., training, communications, etc.) as part of roll-out and on-going support of analytic tools, processes and services.

  • Ready to work collaboratively with business partners across geographies

  • People management including performance and appraisal management







Required  Qualifications :

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field a plus

  • Master’s in Business or Analytics (preferred)

  • 7-10 years of experience

  • Experience supporting and working with multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment

  • Working knowledge of MS Office & Google suite



 

 

Preferred Qualifications :

 

  • Strong Collaboration & Stakeholder management 

  • Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets.

  • Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases

  • Experience 

  • Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases: MongoDB, Neo4j, etc

  • Experience with cloud services: GCP, AWS, etc

  • Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, etc.

  • Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.

  • Experience with Data Flow, Data Pipeline and workflow management tools: Cloud Composer, Airflow, Luigi, etc
