Leading Logistic Systems: Efficient & Agile Order to Invoice System:

 

  • Order to Invoice Cycle
    • VMI Champion: System adoption,effectiveness & System Business owner
    • Zero touch ordering system
    • Order touch analytics
  • O2I issues fi xing,Enhancements & Improvement initiatives
    • Digital invoicing
  • WMS System: Implement WMS in Warehouses and continuous improvements

 

Lead Analytics & RPA Processes

 

  • Identify opportunities for simplification & RPA Automation
  • Adopt best RPA practices from other Subs/Divisions
  • Standardize, Automate & Centralise Branch specific MIS/Analytics
  • Build,automate & maintain Monthly Warehouse performance dashboard
  • Collaborate and build centralized database for 3PL related data
  • Automate exception reports for action points with 3PL’s
  • Automate exception report of low cover SKU’s for SWIFT for stock transfer

 

Managing 3PL Partners & digital Capability Building

 

  • Upskill C&FA and Warehouse Managers to adopt digitisation & lead continuous improvement

 

Build Future ready Digitisation Systems & processes:

 

  • Digitise Warehouse Compliance related documentation
  • Implement Improvement initiatives in O2I in line with larger customer service strategy of the organization

 

KPI’S

 

  • VMI Effectiveness & Zero Touch orders
  • 100% digitisation of all dashboards
  • Implementation of digital initiatives

 

Experience/ Qualifications Required:

 

  • MBA with experience of minimum 2 + years in Supply Chain
  • Knowledgeable about current trends and best practices in Logistics
  • Personal Effectiveness

    • Clearly demonstrated process-orientation and structured, organized thinking
