Key Responsibilities 


Financial Reporting & Compliance: 

  • Coordinate with CBS/ Bangladesh local team for preparation of financial reports and statements 

  • Ensure timely submission of VAT, Withholding tax and FDI return in compliance with local tax laws.

  • Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies. 

  • Ensuring timely book closing, submission of CFNs

 

S4 Hana and Mfg Plant SAP Set up :

  • Support S4 Hana SAP transition 

  • Support Supply Chain team for Mfg Plant SAP Set up

 

Budgeting & Cost Control: 

  • Preparation and updation of Budgets in system 

  • Quarterly Margin calculation 

  • Review ICP and quarterly costing

 

Risk Management & Internal Controls: 

  • Quarterly SOX Compliance

  • Ensure financial policies and procedures are adhered to

 

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance. 

  • Act as a key liaison between local and regional/global finance teams. 

 

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: 

  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business operations. 

  • Connecting with CBS AP team for timely payments

  • Coordinating with Banks for timely creation of LCs and Forex payments

 

Project : 

  • Coordinate with Project team for cost control 

  • Prepare Project report and highlight the cost overruns

  • Coordinate with Banks for timely LC creation, payments & advance payments and Forex payments 

 

Manufacturing Plant Cost Working : 

  • Coordinating with Sourcing, Plant team for cost calculation 

 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred). 

  • Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA) is highly desirable. 

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting. 

  • Minimum 4 Years of experience in Finance Project or related activities
