Role Summary: 

The Professional Veterinary Affairs (PVA) Digital Specialist is the champion of digital communication with veterinary customers and their healthcare teams across Mexico and LATAM. Reporting directly to the Digital Transformation Manager, this role is responsible for driving two-way professional engagement and building stronger omni-channel connections utilizing proprietary digital assets, including Hill’s Vet Academy, EasyCare and KOLs project. The Specialist optimizes webinars, social media channels, and professional veterinary publications to scale virtual detailing and dietary consulting programs. An ideal candidate thrives on translating multi-source data into actionable insights that discover new opportunities for professional customer engagement. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional digital execution by leading the strategy and deployment of MX/CASACA digital activities to improve first-party data acquisition and maximize veterinary recommendations via Hill's digital tools.

  • Partner with cross-functional peers in Customer Development and Marketing to seamlessly integrate PVA digital strategies into local commercial plans and validate the scientific compliance of technical communications.

  • Deliver technical field and digital platform training to veterinary clinics, hospitals, and internal commercial teams, managing professional execution across FB and IG Live channels.

  • Expand academic outreach by identifying and developing innovative digital initiatives to engage, educate, and build partnerships with students and next-generation veterinary professionals at academic institutions.

  • Govern compliance and ethical standards across all digital touchpoints, ensuring every communication strictly meets the professional, regulatory, and corporate standards demanded by the veterinary community and the corporation.



Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Sciences, Marketing, or a closely related field.

  • 1+ years of professional experience in veterinary or commercial positions.

  • Intermediate to Advanced English language proficiency

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in CRM platforms and data management systems.  

  • Prior marketing, social media management, or brand experience within the pet food or veterinary healthcare industries.
