ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about building strong commercial partnerships, leading dynamic teams, and driving growth in the skin health industry? As our Customer Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy, driving sell-in and sell-out performance, and fostering impactful relationships across direct accounts, distributors, and medical professionals nationwide!
Reporting directly to our General Manager in France, you will lead a talented sales team while combining strong financial acumen, digital savvy, and relationship-building skills. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team (including a Key Account Manager, Sales Executives, and a City Area Manager), fostering an inclusive culture focused on growth and collaboration.

Commercial & P&L Management: Drive total P&L performance, set clear sales KPIs, and build strategic commercial plans to achieve sell-in and sell-out targets across direct clients and distributors.

Medical Channel & Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with aesthetic physicians, dermatologists, cosmetologists, and plastic surgeons. Represent our brand at key industry events, congresses, and exclusive brand activation days.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing to align on launch objectives, ensure inventory readiness for specialized clinic channels (non-retail POS), and analyze promotional return on investment.

Digital & E-Commerce Execution: Leverage insights to grow and optimize our digital footprint, managing key marketplace platforms such as Amazon and Mercado Libre.

Negotiation & Objection Handling: Confidently navigate negotiations, manage client feedback, and resolve complex commercial challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.

Market Presence: Travel nationally to evaluate account performance, assess competitor landscapes, and connect directly with key stakeholders across regions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Completed bachelor's degree.
-
3 - 5 years of commercial, sales, or customer development experience within CPG, FMCG, Skin Care, or Skin Health industries.

Proven experience managing a P&L and applying financial analysis to drive business decisions.

Demonstrated experience leading and managing direct reports.

Advanced English language proficiency.

Ability and willingness to travel nationally as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience working within the medical, aesthetic, or skincare clinic ecosystem (interacting with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical professionals).

Conversational or professional French language skills.
- Hands-on experience in digital business and e-commerce channels.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
