About The Role
In today's dynamic retail environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Customer Development team at Colgate. Our highly upbeat and focused Customer Team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive in this constantly evolving landscape.
Main Responsibilities:
- Directional responsibility to deliver net sales, sell thru, volume, distribution, and other key financial metrics, while also running the P&L.
- Identify 5Ps gaps and ensure corrective action plans with a cross functional approach, always in alignment with the distributors and CP’s local teams in each country.
- Lead, executes and monitors NP, innovation and I&Os strategy in CARICOM.
- Develop and manage sales plans/forecasts for PSMT business, in alignment with the distributor/broker and CP demand planning team.
- Maintains highest level of Customer Engagement with key stakeholders at PSMT (local and regional).
- Supports special negotiations as required, including but not limited to: volume, promotions, terms, catalog changes.
- Analyzes business performance in a periodic basis and presents results, findings and recommendations during business review meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business administration, engineering, marketing or related fields.
- At least +3 years working experience in commercial positions.
- Strong Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides skills.
- Management of customer's P&L.
Preferable Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with Clubs or Chain Supermarkets
