We are looking for a Key Account Manager, who will own the responsibility of key customers management in Indirect Trade and:

  • Build long lasting relationships

  • Maximize sales opportunities and contributing to long-term profitability

  • Strengthen CP brands in-store

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver company Targets (Net Sales, Market Share, Pricing, Distribution)

  • Guarantee effective implementation of Company and Retail Environment strategy in each customer of the Indirect Trade

  • Build strong customer engagement

  • Drive business simplification and order automation

  • Market Tracking (thru good store coverage) & propose action plans to address risks & opportunities

  • Provide adequate volume planning for the agreed business plans

 

 

Profile Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent 
  • Previous experience of minimum 2 years in a commercial role (either customer facing or shopper/trade marketing)
  • Portuguese native level / Fluent English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suit (in particular Excel and Google Sheets)
  • Valid driver's license required
