What would be the responsibilities for this role? 

  • Develop daily & monthly & ad-hoc sales reports

  • Preparation of monthly Cycle Brief Promotion for relevant stakeholders

  • Consolidation & submission of monthly PAF to relevant stakeholders

  • Monthly Debit Note Processing

  • Assist in Monthly Expenses Claim process

  • Support end-to-end Purchase Order/ invoice processing

  • Travel Management Arrangements – flight ticket and/or hotel accommodation

  • General office administration (Office Operation, Building Management, Office Boy

  • Management, correspondence coordination, courier, etc.)

  • Local HR & IT Support

  • Support new hire onboarding – ID card, office tour, etc.

  • Support IT in new hire laptop setup & issuance

  • Support collection of company belongings for exiting employees

  • Secretarial / admin support to the business lead (General Manager / Country Manager) –when required

  • Other duties are assigned from time to time including team engagement.

 

What does the ideal candidate profile look like? 

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field. 

  • Experience: 1-2 years experience in administrative work. 

  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize. Administrative experience, preferably within the sales environment. Attention to detail. A team player with a high level of dedication. To be pro-active and demonstrate initiative

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.

  • Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suites (Google Sheets, Google

  • Slides, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.

  • Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills

  • Self-starter: Must be a self-starter and driven
