We are looking for a temporary In Store Execution Coordinator (based in CP Spain - Madrid). Reporting to the Field Sales Leader he/she will be the point of contact for Sales Representatives, Area Managers working together with Retail Execution to ensure we can win at the point of sale with Perfect Execution.

 

We are looking for someone who has already been exposed to some experience in Customer Development and with team coordination with strong communication skills, a fast learner and takes ownership of his/her projects. You will gain comprehensive experience in executing the 5P's, with the opportunity to collaborate across the organization and contribute significantly to the business. This role is an excellent prospect for individuals who are curious and want to have a solid base to grow further within FMCG.

   

As In Store Coordinator your main responsibilities will be 

  • Coordinate communication of priorities from Rex, Cex, CDT and Field Force Team 

  • Develop and implement effective processes and tools to guarantee seamless communication both top-down and bottom-up within the team, ensuring that priorities are consistently transparent and that team members are fully equipped with the necessary resources to possess the appropriate knowledge

  • Monitoring key performance indicators (In Store, Coverages, Frequency)

  • Enhance the analysis of key performance indicators and promptly report any discrepancies to the Field Sales Leader

  • Travel 25% to build market knowledge and auditing

  • Continuously conduct new simplification/optimization projects and new ways of working (mainly relate with reporting & meetings)

  • Ensure proper implementation and operation of management tools C4C, Mediafly

  • Consolidate Field Force insights, best practices back to Cex and Rex teams in a timely manner to leverage into CP plans

  • POP management for the Field Force Team: distribution and utilization

  • Embassador of the commercial process providing constant feedback to Field Force Leader

 

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in commercial roles is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Google Suite and industry-standard analytical tools.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Adept decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.

  • Innovative thinker with the ability to propose and implement improvements in in-store strategies.
