Job Description:

  • Managing financial and business performance metrics of Hill’s online brand store

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive demand generation strategies and plans to drive lead acquisition and consumer conversion across all retail channels (online and offline inclusive)

  • Working with Brand Team and Customer Development teams to align goals and ensure a cohesive brand message and enhance pet parent experience 

  • Creating and managing targeted consumer campaigns across retail channels riding on our retailer partner’s membership database, such as email, social media, etc

  • Utilizing marketing platforms/ automation tools to streamline lead generation processes and personalize consumer interactions

  • Play a strategic role in leading Digital Transformation internally and externally

Hill’s Brand Store Planning and Profit & Loss (P&L) Ownership

 
  • Achieve brand store financial and business performance metrics

  • Shape and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth for online brand store

  • Maximize traffic and generate demand by continuously optimizing performance media including onsite search, CPAS, Performance Max, affiliate campaigns,etc.

  • Digital 6P and Media management including planning, monitoring and tracking

  • Work together with Hill’s eVendor to build consumer demand through in-depth knowledge of the market, brand, and consumers

  • Work closely with HKTVMall buying and marketing team on Shopper Program Planning and Development

  • Analyze daily sales data to identify areas for improvement in both business growth and customer experience

  • Brand Store P&L management and ownership

Demand Generation Strategy and Planning across Retail Funnel riding on Retail Partners’ membership database

 
  • Collaborate with Brand team and Customer Development team to enhance online and offline performance through comprehensive demand generation strategy and planning

  • Understand shopper behaviors and identify shopper trends

  • Drive deeper shopper engagement via shopper journey mapping and ensure trade touchpoints are optimized for maximum conversion

  • Identify strategic marketing opportunities and lead shopper program design and execution for all channels to grow brand share 

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and expand distribution in retail channels

  • Develop fact-based sell stories that enable the successful sell-in of shopper marketing programs to retail partners

  • Leverage Retail Partners’ databases to drive new pet parent acquisition and brand switch with effective communication via retail partner’s digital and social

  • Coordinate with Marketing and Professional Vet Affairs team for content creation

  • Partner with external customers in Joint Business Planning (JBP) to develop membership programs that align with both customer objectives internal sales and brand team goals

  • Guide media and eVendor agencies to improve media efficiency by winning in the brilliant

basics and continuous optimizations

  • Identify the right measurements for performance media to drive the eCommerce business

  • Test and learn on creatives, audience setting, media objective to reach people outside the

Campaign Performance Management and Data Driven Analysis

 
  • Drive shopper understanding via data analysis

  • Promote data driven insights, identify growth opportunities, plan actions and make recommendations to cross functional teams

  • Design and Monitor campaign performance tracking templates and executing A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and increase ROI

  • Analyzing campaign outcomes and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders

  • Analyze metrics to enhance performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business and operations

  • Identify digital transformation opportunities and activate to implement digital tools to enhance getting insights

Shopper Insight, Market Intelligence, and Shopper Trend Monitoring

 
  • Be the expert on your brand and its market environment by analyzing data, field visits, consumer immersions

  • Competitive analysis to identify shopper marketing trends and opportunities for growth

  • Based on data driven insights, identify growth opportunities, plan actions and make recommendations for demand generation

Education/ Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Management or related disciplines.

  • Experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media Management and Shopper Marketing experience, preferably in Demand Generation roles

  • Knows their way around the tools of marketing automation, social listening platforms, Google Analytics, and so on.

  • Familiarity with the pet food business is highly preferred.

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

  • Experience being a pet parent

 

Expected Areas of Skills 

  • Fluent in Cantonese and English.

  • Excel in HKTVMall eCommerce Management, Facebook Business Manager, Social Ads

  • Digitally savvy and curious, understand the dynamics of eCommerce

  • PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
