Hill’s Pet Nutrition Customer Development Intern

 

Join our Customer Development team to provide essential commercial and project support for the Vet & Pet retail channel within a multinational European environment, focusing on these key areas: 

 

  • Data Management & Commercial Analysis: Monitor, extract, and analyze sales data and KPIs to support the team's commercial decisions and strategic planning

  • Retail & Sales Support: Assist the Key Account and Field teams in their daily operations, ensuring smooth execution across the Vet and Pet retail channels

  • Reporting & Dashboarding: Create, update, and optimize business reports and presentations for internal stakeholders

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to align on promotional activities and go-to-market strategies

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Education: Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration.

  • Tools & IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables and advanced functions for commercial analysis and reporting). Good knowledge of Google Workspace (specifically Sheets and Slides).

  • Languages: Good command of English (both written and spoken).

 

Soft Skills:

  • Self-starter & Proactive: Able to manage project work and multiple tasks interdependently, paired with a highly analytical mindset

  • Entrepreneurial & Fast-paced: An explorer with an entrepreneurial attitude, acting fast in the project tasks assigned

  • Team Player: A strong predisposition to teamwork with a collaborative approach

  • Nice to Have (Strong Plus): Previous corporate experience—especially in Sales, Retail, or Trade Marketing
