Du studierst und suchst nach einer Herausforderung, um dein theoretisches Wissen aktiv in der Praxis anzuwenden und zu vertiefen? Bei uns erhältst du die einzigartige Gelegenheit, das dynamische Umfeld des Finanzbereichs in einem weltweit agierenden FMCG-Unternehmen (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) kennenzulernen. Werde Teil unseres Teams als Werkstudent (m/w/d) in der Finanzabteilung an unserem Standort in Hamburg (bis zu 20h/Woche).



Deine Aufgaben und umfassenden Einblicke:

  • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Erstellung von Abrechnungen für Kundenerstattungen

  • Sorgfältige Prüfung von Kundenrechnungen auf Basis vereinbarter Vertragsbedingungen

  • Dynamische Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von (Monats-) Finanzberichten und Kennzahlen

  • Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in den Monatsabschluss, beispielsweise durch die Abstimmung von Rückstellungen

  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung fundierter Analysen und aussagekräftiger Präsentationen

  • Du unterstützt bei der Dokumentation und Ablage für interne Kontrollprozesse

 

Dein Profil – Das bringst du neben Motivation idealerweise mit:

  • Du bist noch mind. ein Jahr immatrikuliert (idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling)

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) oder vergleichbaren Tools (insbesondere Excel-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil); Interesse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit AI

  • Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Begabung zum vernetzten Denken aus

  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, ein echter Teamplayer, arbeitest gerne cross-funktional und behältst Prioritäten und Deadlines im Blick

  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gehst proaktiv auf komplexe Sachverhalte zu 

  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
