You are an experienced and passionate sales leader with a proven track record in field sales? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to take on a key role driving growth and innovation across the DACH region. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your extensive experience in field sales and leadership to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking organization. Responsibilities:
- Step into an invigorating leadership role with Hill's Pet Nutrition, a pioneer in pet health and nutrition. As the Head of Field Sales across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, you will spearhead a dynamic team to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and cement Hill’s Pet Nutrition as the go-to provider for premium pet nutrition solutions.
- Empower and inspire a high-achieving Field Team across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, cultivating a customer-centric mindset focused on explosive growth.
- Elevate our key customer relationships into enduring and impactful partnerships, fostering mutual success and loyalty.
- Be the voice and champion of the Field Team within the management group and the broader organization, collaborating across functions to craft and execute bold growth strategies.
- Nurture and unleash the potential within the Field Team, driving continuous development and excellence in execution.
Qualifications:
- A university degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in field sales, and at least 3 years of experience in management or leadership roles.
- Fluency in both German and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in commercial Management and people leadership, with a proven track record of achieving results.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive alignment and buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
- High self-awareness and the capacity to reflect on personal performance for continuous improvement.
- A consumer- and customer-focused mindset, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Financial acumen and the ability to understand and manage budgets effectively.
- A results-driven approach with the focus on effective execution and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Experience in the pet food industry or similar field is preferred.
