Entry salary range: 87975 euros - 108675 euros gross per year.

Als Gebietsverkaufsleiter (m/w/d) im Professional Oral Care Bereich leitest Du ein Außendienstteam von insgesamt 12 Mitarbeiter:innen. Durch deine Führung und dein Coaching unterstützt Du dein Team, ihre Verkaufsziele bei den im Gebiet zugeordneten Zahnarztpraxen und Apotheken zu erreichen. 

 

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien für Produkte und Dienstleistungen im Bereich der Mundgesundheit
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Zahnärzten, Kliniken, Apotheken und anderen Gesundheitseinrichtungen
  • Führung des Vertriebsteams im Außendienst zur Erreichung von Verkaufszielen, Schwerpunkt: Motivation und Coaching des Teams
  • Unterstützung des Teams durch Mitfahrten im Außendienst und Kundenbesuchen 
     

Qualifikation / Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Gesundheitswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung 
  • Abgeschlossene Pharmareferentenausbildung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb (Erfahrungen im Verkauf von medizinischen Produkten und Dienstleistungen wünschenswert)
  • Erfahrung im Gesundheitsbereich, idealerweise im Dentalbereich
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Verständnis für den Oral Care Bereich und die Bedürfnisse von Zahnärzt:innen
  • Sehr starke Kommunikationsstärke (Effektive Kommunikation mit den Kunden und innerhalb des Teams)
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft
