- Have directional responsibility to achieve sales objectives through excellent 5Ps execution at store level to deliver continuous profitable growth.
- Trading Term & Promotion budget management
- Customer relationship management
- Forecasting, build source of growth
- Develop and support partnership between Colgate and customers by joint business planning and Category management partnership with assigned accounts.
- Comply in store management strategies with 5Ps executions to sustain excellent in store visibility including optimal inventory stock, availability of products in each retail environment and new product introduction.
- Provide coaching and feedback to in-store staff (merchandisers/ PGs) and ensure that they are trained and updated on new products, promotions, and merchandising objectives.
