Objetivo del Puesto
● Administrar, evaluar y optimizar el recurso humano, materiales y equipo para el cumplimiento de los planes de producción, coordinar y soportar los programas de seguridad industrial, estándares de calidad y estándares de FP&R de la empresa y así apoyar la optimización de la eficiencia para alcanzar los objetivos de productividad, asegurando el flujo de la información.


Principales funciones


● Administrar todos los recursos que impactan en el costo de conversión
● Reducir los porcentajes de desperdicios y variaciones de los materiales y proceso de producción
● Administrar y controlar los turnos del personal operativo de acuerdo a las necesidades de producción.
● Administrar el sistema de Time and Attendance para aprobar el tiempo ordinatio y extraordinario del personal operativo.
● Soportar el trabajo de los grupos autónomos asignados.
● Liderar y asegurar el cumplimiento y el seguimiento de los estándares de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente
● Administrar y dar Coaching al personal operativo a su cargo.
● Realizar las evaluaciones y retroalimentaciones del personal operativo.
● Apoyar los eventos y programas corporativos de la planta (seguridad,calidad, FP&R.)
● Monitorear, controlar y reducir el KPI de "absolute material loses" de la planta.
● Grabación de los inventarios cíclicos y Wall to Wall en SAP.
● Planificar los turnos de trabajo y otras actividades del personal operativo de acuerdo a las necesidades de producción.
● Verificar periódicamente que el headcount esté de acuerdo al presupuesto autorizado y requerir el personal necesario a RRHH.
● Coordinar la inducción y el entrenamiento del personal a su cargo.
● Liderar y administrar el cumplimiento de los estándares asignados en los programas de FP&R, Calidad y Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.

 

Requisitos básicos

- Ingeniería concluida

-Al menos 3 años de experiencia en manufactura

-Experiencia liderando equipos operativos 

-Inglés intermedio avanzado

 

Requisitos deseables

-Maestría 

-Manejo de proyectos

-Manejo de SAP 

-Manejo de herramientas de Continous Improvement (Six sigma, lean manufacturing)
