Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Finance Analyst to join our team in Hustopeče. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing and controlling costs and supporting our manufacturing plant's financial operations.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities):

  • Purchase to Pay (P2P) Support: Resolve vendor issues regarding invoices, provide support to the AP team and other departments. Create new vendors in the system and manage purchase orders.

  • General Accounting & Reporting: Process intercompany transactions, checking travel expenses and general ledger postings. Participate in monthly closings and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.

  • Cost Analysis & Budgeting: Process, analyze, and control selected plant costs across individual departments. Support account owners, and assist with the budgeting process. Review monthly results and compare with budget.

  • Production & Inventory Control: Participate in regular inventory counts including preparation of documentation.

  • Finance audits: Participate in internal and external Finance audits. Prepare and provide the requested documentation.

 

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Finance (Economics, Accounting or Controlling.

  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in finance or controlling, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Also suitable for graduates.

  • Skills: Advanced Google Sheets / MS Excel skill is required; SAP skills is an advantage. English B1 for daily written communication.
