Resumo do Cargo

Auxiliar os times Técnico, Marketing e Vendas promovendo os produtos da Hill's Pet Nutrition melhorando a experiência de compra dos consumidores.                    

 

Principais Responsabilidades

- Abordar e interagir com os clientes no ponto de venda, tirando dúvidas e oferecendo informações sobre os produtos da Hill's Pet Nutrition;
- Conversar com os Pet Parents sobre nutrição e reforçar a superioridade da Hill's dentro das lojas;
- Capacitar o time de funcionários das lojas reforçando os benefícios dos produtos Hill's;
- Acompanhar e monitorar a disponibilidade dos produtos e identificar oportunidades (em loja e com clientes);
- Manter relacionamento com Veetrinários presentes nas lojas para apoiar e esclarecer dúvidas sobre produtos, e
- Interagir com a equipe Técnica, de Vendas e Marketing para relatar informações sobre performance dos nossos produtos e feedback de clientes.

 

Requisitos Necessários

  • Estudante de Medicina Veterinária.

 

Habilidades Necessárias

  • Proatividade;

  • Organização;

  • Vontade de aprender;

  • Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, e

  • Conhecimento de Google Sheets e outras funcionalidades do pacote Google Office.

 

Outros Requisitos Desejáveis

  • Conhecimento de Nutrição de Cães e Gatos,

  • Inglês Básico.
