Are you passionate about professional outreach and building strong business relationships? Join us as a Jr Professional Engagement Manager to drive growth and engagement within the dental community across Poland!
 
As a key member of our team, you’ll increase brand recommendations and loyalty by leveraging digital channels, organizing events, and developing partnerships, particularly with dental professionals and chains.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow coverage of dental professionals (DPs) through remote engagement and organized data-driven outreach.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting business relationships with key dental chains.
  • Organize and conduct promotional activities, remote calls, webinars, and face-to-face events to expand and maintain a professional database.
  • Drive recommendation levels for our therapeutic brands by executing targeted engagement strategies.
  • Cooperate closely with digital specialists and the brand manager on performance tracking and feedback collection.
  • Continuously monitor and report on competitor activities and professional feedback.
  • Ensure account and contact information is up-to-date and analyzed for performance optimization.
  • Propose and implement new solutions to enhance remote communications and professional engagement.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, dentistry, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (internship or entry-level) in customer engagement, account management, professional relations, or healthcare/pharma/FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems (e.g., C4C), and remote communication platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize events and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to analyze and solve problems.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within Poland.
