Get in the Game: Dive into the Role

 

Step up as our Impactful Brand Experience Brand Innovation Sr Manager for the Personal Care category across Latin America and co-lead in the digital and Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategies for the innovation category with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Take part in the Impactful Bran Experince (IBE) team as well as in the Brand Innovation Group (BIG) team.

 

Your Mission: What You Will Do

 

  • Lead Brand Experience Strategy by working in partnerships with Brand Managers to ensure (BPM) is embedded in all IMCs to build our brands. 
  • Oversee regional digital agencies and other suppliers providing guidance on digital assets development, ensuring deliverables are complying with the market best practices and company guidelines. Coach brand teams to ensure digital assets are complying with the market best practices and company guidelines. 
  • Communicate new IMCs to Latam subsidiaries; validate the assets to go live in each market. Coordinate IMCs implementation and project prioritization with the CoE team and media team
  • Coordinate the roll out of global projects (corporate sites, professional sites, global campaigns, etc) in Latin America subsidiaries. Coordinate the roll out of regional projects (corporate sites, professional sites, global campaigns, etc) in Latin America subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate the implementation of always-on campaigns on Facebook
  • Lead Digital Experimentation (Test & Learn) 
  • Manage Always On/Equity production budget

 

Must-Haves for Success: Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • 7+ years in communications, marketing or related experience in a client-side or agency role.
    • 4+ years in Integrated Marketing Communication planning process across owned, earned, shared and paid channels.
    • 4+ years leading Digital Marketing strategies.
  • Experience in traditional and non-traditional content development, off-line and online media including TV, print, radio, outdoor, online and mobile.
  • Advanced English level.

 

Boost Your Game: Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
  • Experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Familiarity with web design and search tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and influence across all levels.
  • Financial acumen and analytical prowess.
