About The Role
The Digital Shelf Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the digital shelf of Hill’s Pet Nutrition products across various e-commerce players in the Latin America region. This role is responsible for the digital shelf tracking ensuring that all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing to promote customer engagement and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, digital marketing, and data analytics leading the strategy to win the digital shelf.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Digital shelf management
- Ensure accurate product listings across all e-commerce platforms, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability among others.
- Manage digital shelf optimization & tracking with internal teams and external partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Regularly audit and update product information to reflect new launches, product discontinuations, and changes in product details.
- Implement strategies to improve customer impactful experiences and drive engagement on product pages and eCommerce content
- Use various digital tools and e-commerce platforms for product listing management, performance tracking, and reporting.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze sales data, traffic statistics, digital shelf scores and other key metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare digital shelf scorecard performance and provide actionable insights, follow up with internal and external partners that opportunities are addressed on time
- Use data-driven analysis to recommend improvements in product listings and e-merchandising strategies.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, media, agency teams to ensure alignment on digital shelf scores
- Follow up with internal and external partners to foster growth within the channel
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least +3 years of experience in e-commerce / e-retailers, digital marketing, or a related field (Preferable)
- Proficiency in managing e-retailers and digital shelf tools
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Portuguese is a plus*
