About The Role
As Digital & Paid Media Specialist for Hill's in Mexico you will be responsible for developing and implementing media strategies that optimize both social and programmatic campaigns. This role involves coordinating with external agencies to ensure the successful implementation of these strategies. If have a strong analytical approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital media landscapes you could be the ideal candidate!
What You Will Do

Create together with the marketing team the overall media framework to ensure optimization across channels

Develop and define media strategies and digital plans for campaigns that align with business goals and objectives

Build and update target audiences/segments/personas to be reached, while collaborating strategically to evaluate results, monitor competition, and use marketing inputs

Monitor, optimize, and analyze media campaigns across social media platforms and programmatic channels to improve return on investment and provide insights for improvement

Collaborate with external agencies and internal marketing and creative teams to effectively implement media strategies and provide feedback on media content

Support the management of media budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation for optimal outcomes

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media technologies to keep strategies current and effective
What You Need (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning, buying, and optimization, with a focus on social and programmatic campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in media planning and buying tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends
- Experience working with external agencies and vendors

Advanced English Level

Certification in Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms is a plus
