Get in the Game: Dive into the Role

 

Step up as our Category Management Specialist for the Home Care category in Mexico and lead the development of an indispensable category management offering in assigned categories and with assigned accounts based on Best Practices methodology, helping retailers get our products into the store, off the shelf, and into the home of our consumers more efficiently and profitably, so increasing their return on investment.

 

Your Mission: What You Will Do

 

  • Complete Best Practice templates using market and consumer data for assigned categories.
  • Analyze account and market data to identify opportunities and develop category strategies.
  • Coordinate regular multi-functional team meetings and support cost-effective meeting infrastructure.
  • Develop strategic presentations for core category processes.
  • Manage partnerships to deliver timely, high-quality category analysis and become a key resource for accounts.
  • Assist in coordinating and evaluating in-field tests and implementation plans, ensuring communication and monitoring of results.
  • Finalize and customize planograms, and support merchandising efforts to optimize shelf performance.

 

Must-Haves for Success: Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • 3+ years in sales roles as Catman Assistant, Point Of Salea Specialist, Trade Marketing Specialist, Retail Marketing Specialist, and/or Sales Account Manager.
  • Experience working with a syndicated service (Nielsen, IRI) account, planograms: Blue Yonder.
  • Solid experience in the mass consumption industry.
  • Intermediate - Advanced English level.
