In today's dynamic environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team at Colgate. Our highly energetic and focused Team is dedicated to recruiting top talent for Colgate Palmolive. The Recruiter is a talent acquisition expert responsible for the successful, end-to-end management of the hiring process for Brazil. This person will provide strategic, design, and consultative services to Business Leaders and HR Business Partners and ensure both candidates/applicants and employees have a positive experience throughout the recruiting process. This is a temporary position for 6 months.
What you will do
- You will manage end-to-end recruiting process ensuring superior candidate experience in the Brazil market for different funcions
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Key Stakeholders in the Business
- Serving as the primary customer interface, building and maintaining relationships and close communication with Hiring Managers and active candidates
- Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to confirm desired profile and develop a sourcing strategy for open position
- Conduct screenings and Competency-based interviews with potential candidates
- Build a strong candidate slate to Hiring Managers and pipeline for business needs.
- Lead and provide evaluation feedback through data integration meetings for final hiring decisions
- Interface with third-party staffing agencies as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- At least 3 years of related recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to source, attract and select candidates
- Portuguese & English languages advanced proficiency
- Experience in sourcing and qualifying candidates with a wide variety of skills
- Demonstrated ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner
- Ability to partner with, advise, and influence candidates in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in engaging and managing hiring managers
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a search firm / agency.
- Recruiting for LatinAmerica and/ or knowledge of LATAM talent market and stakeholder management in the region.
