- Identify and resolve order entry, capture, and creation issues, such as duplications, translation errors, and transaction discrepancies.
- Coordinate with customers and IT teams to manage order reprocessing and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless transaction processes.
- Support system implementations and ongoing improvements in EDI processes across the American continent.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between customer service, logistics, and IT for various projects and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain processes and exception reporting to support master data clean-up and quality maintenance.
- Train and oversee knowledge transfer to users and power users regarding new and existing SAP functionalities.
- Provide backup coverage for order fulfillment teams as needed to ensure continuity of operations.
- Execute testing on system enhancements and document any system issues that need to be addressed.
- Level of Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, IT, or Administration.
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, order fulfillment, planning, sales, logistics, or supply chain roles.
- Testing experience for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in SAP, APO, Snowflake, Sigma, SQL, and advanced Excel.
- Experience in Master Data Management and eCommerce.
- Language Skills: Fluent English (advanced).
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of electronic data interchange (EDI) processes is preferred.
- Ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
