About the Role

Manage the Order-to-Invoice (OTI) process following CP Best Practice standards ("Essentials"). This role is responsible for total customer service management for assigned accounts, primarily serving as the lead contact for the CDO team. You will ensure on-time deliveries and cultivate effective relationships between Customer Development Teams (CDTs) and Logistics.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute the OTI cycle using SAP, minimizing manual intervention and ensuring compliance with selling terms.

  • Act as the primary contact for internal customers to resolve delivery issues, returns, and claims.

  • Partner with CDTs and Logistics to troubleshoot distribution bottlenecks and optimize shipping efficiencies.

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to take corrective actions and improve overall service levels.

  • Generate periodic reports (Weekly/Monthly) on customer service performance and Cost-to-Serve metrics.

  • Collaborate on cost-reduction initiatives like plant-direct shipments and pallet layer efficiencies.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • At least 3+ years  of experience in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Planning, or Supply Chain.

  • Proficiency in SAP and Advanced Excel.

  • Advanced English fluency.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with all organizational levels.

  • Experience with APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization).

  • Strong analytical skills to identify and eliminate supply chain inefficiencies.

  • Proven ability to manage complex delivery exceptions and returns resolution.

  • Proactive mindset for process improvement and "touchless" order management.
