Credit to Cash Analyst
Location: Mexico City
Role Summary
Join Colgate-Palmolive's Credit to Cash team in Mexico City as a Process Improvement and Automation Specialist, driving the digital future of our global financial operations in a dynamic hybrid work setting. In this role, you will picture and build end-to-end future processes by designing, deploying, and optimizing solutions using SAP Scripting, UiPath RPA, and OCR technologies. As a critical bridge between Credit to Cash operations, IT, and Global Process Owners, you will empower an auto-directed team to eliminate operational bottlenecks, champion best practice sharing across global streams, and directly impact our corporate financial efficiency.
Responsibilities

Automation & Process Innovation: Serve as the primary point of contact for Credit to Cash automation and standardization initiatives, identifying continuous improvement opportunities and leading the execution of UiPath RPA, SAP Scripting (VBA), and OCR technologies.

End-to-End Project Management: Partner closely with IT resources and the Global Process Owner for Order-to-Cash (O2C) to manage technical requirements, oversee solution architecture, and ensure seamless continuity for all developed tools.

Maintenance & Technical Governance: Supervise the development, testing, and ongoing maintenance of existing scripts and automation workflows to ensure uninterrupted business operation and root-cause issue resolution.

Team Leadership & Upskilling: Foster an auto-directed, high-performing team using the FEED methodology and Colgate-Palmolive leadership principles, delivering support and training on emerging technologies.

Best Practice Integration: Collaborate and share best practices across CBS Europe, Latin America, and cross-functional streams to standardize financial processes enterprise-wide.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a closely related field

1+ years of hands-on experience developing automation solutions utilizing tools such as SAP GUI Scripting, UiPath RPA, VBA, Google Apps Script, Java, JavaScript, or Python

Fluent English language proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated proficiency with the SAP environment and advanced Excel macro development
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or specialization in Software Engineering or Data Analytics Engineering

Proven track record in root-cause analysis, process mapping, and managing end-to-end IT or digital transformation projects within a Global Business Services (GBS) or CPG environment

Demonstrated alignment with LIFT principles, featuring strong self-initiative, priority management, and collaborative decision-making skills

Experience implementing enterprise Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools within Order-to-Cash or Credit-to-Cash functions
