Are you data-driven and passionate about sales growth? Join our team as a Customer Development Analyst!

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Customer Development Manager (CDM) to deliver net sales, NPAT, SOM, and volume targets, support account execution in-store, and help drive our products from shelf to cart and into homes.

 

We offer a fixed term job contract until end of September 2026.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales growth and identify supply chain efficiencies for select accounts
  • Analyze sales trends, competitor activity, and promotional performance
  • Assist with business planning, ROI reviews, and project support for the CDM
  • Use POS and in-house data for fact-based decision making
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal teams
  • Monitor new product launches, shipments, and promotions

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency with sales data and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
