Job Summary: 

Warehousing  Engineer is responsible for leading , developing, implementing and monitoring  operational excellence standards : Health, Safety and environment (EHS) , Quality & Continuous improvement and Maintenance Plans in Logistics operations on floor for Andean Region. This includes implementing and delivering methodologies , Projects for improvement , training and additional actions needed to enable the Warehousing site and Transport process  to deliver efficient operations , consistent safe, effective products & service.

 

 

Main Responsabilities: 

  • Implement and maintain the Quality and health, safety and environment standards Plan in Logistic area and take action if is necessary.
  • Uses and implement analytics and statistical data to ensure on-going process for Safety , Quality, Productivity  and continuous improvement Plans
  • To give support in Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia warehousing sites to share all the information according to HSE and Quality standards.
  • Provide assistance in closing audit observations and findings and using audit software, to track audit observation closures. 
  • To make a deep analysis and Maintenance expenses follow up to warrant operation process
  • Maintain logistics processes around the warehousing storage in CP, support Quality Standards.
  • To give a truth and effective response to customer shipment enquirer due to dispatch loading and unloading opportunities 
  • Participate in Local, On-shelf Quality Audits and any other type of Audits that supports the Quality System in the Site. 
  • Periodically provide progress report to manager.

 

Educations & Qualifications: 

  • Industrial Engineer or Chemical Engineer
  • 1 year of experience in the industry (Quality, Warehouse, CI)
  • Intermediate English
  • Manage Systems (SAP, GeneSuites)
