Get in the Game: Dive into the Role

Step up as our Brand Manager for the Body Cleansing category in the Andean Region! You will ground divisional brand strategies into brand plans (or marketing activities) customized to the region needs, to achieve financial (P&L – Profit & Loss) and marketing (SOM - Serviceable Obtainable Market) objectives established for the brand/category.

 

Your Mission: What You Will Do

  • Communicate brand strategy and provides support to Andina´s BDMs to generate solutions at a country/region level.

  • Track consumer´s & competitor´s responses and market performance by reviewing sales, market share, pricing and distribution, and in some cases requests consumer research.

  • Supervise market trends and competitor´s activities to find opportunities and key issues based on consumer needs and habits.

  • Propose plans, build and follow up on marketing activities to close gaps at each Retail Environment, ensuring consistency with strategy, in coordination with Retail Marketing, and framed on an agreed timing, taking into consideration resources and limitations.

  • Review implementation of price strategy and addresses pricing opportunities vs competitors (by country) to improve profitability.

  • Leads Demand Planning and sku portfolio optimization.

  • Set and ensures implantation of the Media Strategy by country.

  • Keep track of performance to assess against goals and give awareness of to the team.

 

Must-Haves for Success: Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

  • At least 4 years in Marketing or Retail Marketing.
  • Solid experience in the mass consumption industry.
  • SAP and Nielsen Advisor Knowledge.
  • Intermediate-advanced English Level.
