Role Summary:
BEX Website Content Analyst is responsible for implementing and updating the digital assets (websites, videos, tags) for Colgate & Hills subsidiaries worldwide, following the divisional and global digital strategies. You will work with main stakeholders from Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Marketing and with our Partner Agencies, supporting multiple brands.
Responsibilities:

1. Web Development & Asset Management: Oversee the adaptation, updating, and technical implementation of websites and digital assets. This includes supporting e-commerce initiatives and ensuring all developments align with global brand guidelines and technical standards.

2. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Serve as the primary lead for QA testing, ensuring all web implementations comply with corporate guidelines, market development standards, and digital asset usage rights/agency controls.

3. Project Management & Reporting: Manage project lifecycles to ensure on-time delivery. Responsible for tracking project health, reporting labor hours, and providing regular status updates to the BEX Website Content Coordinator.

4. Stakeholder & Agency Orchestration: Act as the central point of contact for internal company teams and global digital partner agencies, facilitating the exchange of guidelines and technical support for seamless project execution.

5. Communication & Go-to-Market Support: Manage the communication pipeline between technical teams and local/division marketing teams, ensuring stakeholders are notified immediately when new sites or campaign updates go live.

6. Process Optimization & Best Practices: Drive the adoption of global best practices across all digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency in execution and adherence to established timelines and operational workflows.

Bachelor´s degree
