Title: GIT GSSO SC Order to Invoice  - Business Process architect

 

Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :

  • This role needs an experienced SAP O2I (Order-to-Invoice) leader & Project manager to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our order management and logistics processes. In this role, a candidate will act as a crucial bridge between business stakeholders and IT, leveraging  deep expertise in SAP O2I.  The candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing  supply chain execution, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and accurately managing shipment costs to support o global operational and financial goals.

  • candidates should have knowledge of new technologies like API, Ecommerce integration, DTC, SAAS applications integration.

  • GATP / AMC/ AATP knowledge is mandatory

  • Knowledge of integration with TMS EWM MM is mandatory 

 

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP O2I processes to meet evolving business and customer requirements.

  • Analyze and resolve complex system or process issues within order management, delivery processing, and logistics execution to minimize business disruption.

  • Identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.

  • Define and manage master data governance , Integration touchpoints (MM,  FI/CO), and interfaces/EDI/IDoc flows with ecommerce platforms and Customers  ensuring data quality, controls, and compliance.

  • Lead testing (unit, integration, UAT), cutover, hypercare, and knowledge transfer; establish SOPs, training, and change management to sustain standardized global processes and continuous improvement. 

  • Have business acumen to understand strategy behind projects and link to GIT tasks

 

Required  Qualifications: 

  • 8-10+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP O2I/SD including hands-on configuration of Order acquisition, Order management, logistics, and billing.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate commercial, supply, and financial objectives into system design

  • High learning agility with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirements elicitation skills; proficient in writing functional specs and collaborating with technical teams (e.g., ABAP/Integration) for extensions and interfaces.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD, aATP, Transportation Management (TM), and shipment costing,Ecommerce integration 

  • Hands-on familiarity with modern SAP technologies, including Fiori apps, CDS views, BTP extensions, and workflows.

  • Project leadership experience in global, cross-functional environments using Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies.

  • Prior industry experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or manufacturing is a strong plus.
