Role Summary: 

The Social & Content Specialist is the local market engine responsible for leading the strategic implementation, optimization, and native execution of social media and owned digital content ecosystems - including professional dentists programs. You will transform core campaign concepts into high-impact, social-first asset pipelines that accelerate consumer engagement, local reach, and digital commerce conversion across multiple product categories. This is an exciting opportunity to future-proof an iconic portfolio of brands by scaling advanced influencer frameworks, integrating modern social commerce strategies, and building cutting-edge brand Websites through GEO and intent-mapped Multimodal Content architecture. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Native Strategy & Architecture: Drive a "social-first" approach across local marketing initiatives, auditing creative briefs and indexing multimodal content sequences (text, structured FAQs, video) to capture user intent on advanced search ecosystems. 

  • Agency & Influencer Ecosystem Management: Lead operational workflows, contract negotiations, and localized campaign execution for external specialized creator and influencer agencies to maximize asset customization. 

  • Social Commerce Integration: Partner with cross-functional commercial teams to seamlessly embed frictionless conversion touchpoints, product showcase modules, and live retail integrations within brand profiles and influencer content. 

  • Professional Brand Ambassadorship Integration: Collaborate directly with local Professional Marketing teams to vet, select, and develop dental healthcare professionals into authentic brand ambassadors across digital channels. 

  • Content Tech Stack & Governance: Manage the complete asset lifecycle across the localized digital ecosystem, maintaining strict adherence to central metadata guidelines and digital asset management (DAM) compliance protocols. 

  • Performance Optimization: Monitors real-time social listening, platform metrics, and campaign analytics to extract actionable consumer insights.

 

  • PDP Optimization: Audit product page content and technically structure digital catalog information to continuously improve the consumer experience, ensure the ecosystem is Agentic/AI Ready, and maximize conversion. 



Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Commercialization, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of prior full-time experience in digital and/or media roles.

  • Upper intermediate - Advanced English proficiency.

  • Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads management skills, as well as a strong understanding of digital KPIs

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in designing and executing high-engagement, native content architectures across Meta Suite, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.

  • Hands-on proficiency with social listening, influencer mapping, and content analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Dash Hudson, Brandwatch).

  • An AI-oriented operational mindset, continuously integrating emerging conversational tools and platform automation features to future-proof local brand touchpoints.

  • Deep knowledge of digital production workflows, metadata governance, and operational platforms (e.g., CreativeX, Bynder, Stibo, Asana, SmartSheets) is highly valued.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
