About the Role:

Join Colgate-Palmolive as a Customer Development Assistant, supporting our Customer Development Managers and partnering with retailers to drive demand, optimize in-store tactics, and help boost our profitable growth. You’ll provide key analytical, administrative, and sales support for the team, contributing to business planning, reporting, and execution of customer initiatives. 

We offer possibilities to learn and develop, employment through a third-party contract, fridays as a remote working option.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily sales operations and administrative tasks

  • Analyze market/customer/brand data and prepare presentations

  • Create reports, manage listings, and communicate logistics updates

  • Support promotional activities and maintain promotion maps

  • Aid in business reviews, forecasting, and customer planning

  • Monitor competitor info and support internal processes as required

 

Requirements:

  • University/college degree (Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred)

  • Up to 2-3 years’ experience in sales/marketing, ideally in a multinational environment

  • Proficiency in Hungarian and English (written and verbal)

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Skilled in Google Suite and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups); SAP knowledge is a plus
