As a Customer Development Executive, you are responsible for developing and executing robust commercial strategies designed to forge lasting partnerships, drive significant sales growth, and maximize market reach. You operate as a strategic business partner to key accounts in the Discounter & Convenience Channel, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to consistently exceed performance targets and catalyze sustainable growth.


What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Strategic Growth Leadership: You will lead the collaborative growth plan with our customers, co-creating annual roadmaps with our top partners to unlock mutual growth and category leadership.

  • Insights into Action: Move beyond the numbers. You’ll use advanced analytics to master pricing strategies, optimize assortments, and stay three steps ahead of market trends.

  • Execution Excellence: From new product launches to high-impact in-store activations, you’ll ensure our brand shines at the point of sale, working hand-in-hand with Trade Marketing and Supply Chain.

  • Mastering the "5Ps": You’ll be the guardian of our strategy across Discounters and Convenience channels, ensuring our presence is perfect in every aisle.

  • Relationship Building: You’re a natural connector. You’ll build high-trust relationships with key stakeholders, leading negotiations that create win-win scenarios.

 

Your Key Missions

 

  • Hit the Mark: Own your targets for Net Sales, Margin, and Market Share growth.

  • Operational Precision: Keep the gears turning by managing inventory days, ensuring "On Time & Complete" delivery, and maintaining a healthy DSO.

  • Forecast & Conquer: Collaborate with planning teams to ensure our products are always where the consumer needs them, minimizing out-of-stocks.

 

What we’re looking for: 

 

  • Dynamic and results-driven sales executive with proven success

  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial strategy, account management, relationship building, and cross-functional leadership, with a strong record of achieving ambitious sales and growth targets 

  • Adept at leveraging data and customer insights to shape business plans and deliver innovation for both company and partners

  • Well-versed in best practices of leading FMCG multinationals, combining analytical acumen with impeccable execution to drive sustainable, profitable growth. 

  

What you need to apply (required qualifications):

 

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in business-related fields)

  • 2 + years of Commercial Experience as a Trainee, supervisor Field CD, Retail Marketing or Marketing function

  • SAP, BI, ITT, Nielsen, PPT, Windows or Google Tools

  • Upper intermediate - Advanced level of English
