The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor manages warehouses and logistics providers, oversees importing goods from foreign suppliers (including licensing and customs), and provides regular reports to their manager on inventory management, movement, levels, and security.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the plant good receipt process for all raw, pack, spare parts, operating suppliers, asset and service

  • Keep functional documents accurate, traceable and neat storage

  • Leading all aspects of the warehouse operation according to 5S and Visual Workplace, Safety and GMP

  • Sustainably using warehouse facilities and equipments by following set design and performing Autonomous Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance programs

  • Ensuring working procedure up to date and efficient

  • Accurately supervising stock movement based on reconciliation per Finance policy

  • Promoting SAP system application in inventory management with sufficient academic knowledge, skills and learning programs

  • Leading the performance of transporters and forwarders, feedback and driving to improvement

  • Monitoring good arrangement at different sides to ensure visibility

  • Accurately updating both regional and international regulatory requirements and following cross border sourcing, custom clearance, duty payment

  • Regionally and internationally collaborating with forwarders and transporters on booking good transportation

  • Validating the rental warehouse space, local transportation, duty and spending based on a set process

  • Driving functional digital roadmap to accelerate a better operating process relating to self management operation and transparence

  • Building and improving team members capability in terms of their job requirements, competencies for future talent needs

  • Lead Quality/FP&R/EHS standard: refer to R & R matrix detail for each standard.

What we require
  • Bachelor degree of Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related fields
  • At least 05 year-experience in Warehouse/Logistics operation including supervisory experience.
  • Good data analysis and a solid thought process. 
  • External partners collaboration such as 3PLs/4PLs, division/ global, customs department
  • Skills of ERP or SAP system
  • Comprehensive english, especially fluent communication 
  • Ability to learn and self motivated, long term commitment
