Job Description
We are currently seeking a team who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically on content. Content Manager duties include developing creative content, writing, and proofreading, formulating content strategies and managing SEO/ keywords, among other tasks. Content Managers should be comfortable finding creative ways of building an online/ eCommerce presence, as well as building the formulation of a content strategy. Here, content is defined as brand communication, multimedia articles, images or videos, product description, influencer marketing to build strong digital marketing and eCommerce.
The Roles:

Act as a gatekeeper for brands to improve brand equity within the eCommerce platform and work closely with Marketing and Platform Managers to optimize the portfolio and enhance brand communication.

Improve eCommerce shopper experience by optimizing eCommerce UX/UI,SIS and onsite features ie. Feed & CEM in order to improve conversion rate.

Develop eCom contents across all channels that impactfully convey commercial and brand messages, campaign theme and tagline.

Recruit new affiliates for purchasing contents on Tiktok and other ecommerce platforms ie. MCN for Tiktok and Shopee Live.

Manage graphic designers to deliver eCommerce assets in all channels including SIS, CPAS and other media.

Develop and deliver on-site search strategies and optimization in order to improve Share of Search and acquire potential buyers.

Responsible for affiliate marketing, social media content strategies and communication.

Responsible for improving the Edge Scorecards including store integrity, rating, review & share of search.

Lead other content & e-Store optimization projects as assigned by team leader.

Collaborate with Analytics and Social to uncover new consumer behaviour insights and translate into impactful tactics to recruit new buyers.

For all platforms, track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Report KPIs to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
Skills & Competencies:

Contents planning, creative writing and development.

Search and keyword optimization and strategic bidding.

Contents evaluation and reporting.

Experience managing multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously

Assist in identifying global content partner(s) and manage content creation / production with stakeholders and experts

Drive consistent improvement in content and ensure scalability across channels.
Qualification:
-
Bachelor's degree in any related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience working in brand content/ eCom Campaign Marketing/ Onsite MS or Search/ SEO development.

Understanding of UX/UI, information architecture and content structures, brand contents implementation

Excellent persuasive communication and analytical skills to effectively explain and demonstrate digital content marketing effectiveness

Experience working in search optimization, SEO/ SEM, keywords optimization, SKU/ product description - eCommerce MS experience is plus

Solid understanding of digital ecosystems and brand communications and deploy into eCommerce platforms

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
