CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and manage implement packaging projects/assignments both Malaysia and Villawood plant (Optional Bangpakong plant) aligned the  Colgate’s strategy and standard (Home & Personal Care)

      • New products and Innovation

      • Sustainability

      • Cost Saving and 

      • Improvement program

  • Participate timely in meeting (On-site and virtual) related projects and contribute packaging information with critical evaluation and absolute solution.

  • Ensure the packaging development is mandatory following the Colgate fundamentals , Right First Time and required documents and global/regional systems

  • Seamless working and collaboration with on-site packaging team in Malaysia and Villawood Plants ensure project transparency and smooth technical/information transfer

  • Apply AI and digital tools to elevate packaging efficiency and WOW

  • Prepare and Manage related expense and budget together with on-site packaging team

  • Provide training and supervision to packaging community

  • Develop career path and  conduct performance appraisal review per HR schedule. 

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate manager.  

LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISION:

  • Encourage leadership in organization to have Business growth mindset and create motivating high-performance work environment by empowering team, leveraging skill and be an example

  • Self and team leading packaging program to deliver best user experiences and excellent quality and efficiency

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • :   MAJOR: BSc. in Packaging or related field   

EXPERIENCE:

  • 7-10  yrs. of industrial experience in packaging of consumer products or in other related companies

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Dispenser design and qualification

  • Molded packaging evaluation and development (EBM, ISBM, IM Thermoforming)

  • Flexible packaging development and Form-Fill-Seal system

  • Printing process and evaluation

  • Sustainability regulations for packaging materia
