Job Summary:

This position is to ensure the development of packaging materials to support  oral care, personal care or fabric care new products and their promotional bundles according to marketing plan.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Lead packaging(cap,tube, carton, bottle and pump) development and manufacturability feasibility assessment.

  2. Participate suppliers evaluation, coordination and qualification;

  3. Set packaging material specification and implement applicable corporate packing material test standard;.

  4. Coordinate with relevant department to lead packaging material cost saving and relevant continuous improvement projects;

  5. Execute new packaging development and implementation to support business needs.

  6. Study and propose planning on margin improvement projects of packaging.

  7. Coordinate with MKT, Regional, Global Packaging or Local management on deciding the standard of packaging and development.

  8. Support and conduct plant FP&R, EHS and Quality related requirements.

 

Required qualifications

 

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineer/Science with major in Mechanical/Polymer/Printing or Plastic Processing

  • 8 years of related experience, FMCG preferred

  • With knowledge in injection/blow molding/printing and resin is preferred

  • With Team management experience

 

Key competencies:

 

  • Project management under complexity and pressure

  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English

  • Fluent in English

  • Good Computer skills
