The Project Engineer - reporting to the Project Engineering Manager - develops and proposes investment projects related to manufacturing systems to increase plant capacity and / or improve production facilities and / or services, in compliance with the safety and quality requirements of the CP standards. He/she considers within the implementation the people, processes and systems. Participate in the analysis and supervision of the programming of PLCs, HMI and control servers. He/she is responsible for generating purchase orders for plants, from the selection of the supplier to the specific delivery. He /she manages from detailed planning of the systems installation up to the official delivery, after start-up, in collaboration with suppliers and area managers. He /she is responsible for management of investment / service expenses within the approved project budgets.
Job purpose:

Develop and propose investments projects, ensuring compliance with National Environmental and Safety legislation

Manage contractors in accordance with Italian law and according to CP procedures

Organize the new projects implementation, collaborating with other plant functions and coordinating all the involved actors

Implement new projects according to the planned timeline and assuring the highest efficiency since the start-up
Key Requirements:

Master Degree in a technical field (chemical, mechanical,system focus preferred)
