The Project Engineer - reporting to the Project Engineering Manager - develops and proposes investment projects related to manufacturing systems to increase plant capacity and / or improve production facilities and / or services, in compliance with the safety and quality requirements of the CP standards. He/she considers within the implementation the people, processes and systems. Participate in the analysis and supervision of the programming of PLCs, HMI and control servers. He/she is responsible for generating purchase orders for plants, from the selection of the supplier to the specific delivery. He /she manages from detailed planning of the systems installation up to the official delivery, after start-up, in collaboration with suppliers and area managers. He /she is responsible for management of investment / service expenses within the approved project budgets. 

 

Job purpose:

 

  • Develop and propose investments projects, ensuring compliance with National Environmental and Safety legislation 

  • Manage contractors in accordance with Italian law and according to CP procedures

  • Organize the new projects implementation, collaborating with other plant functions and coordinating all the involved actors 

  • Implement new projects according to the planned timeline and assuring the highest efficiency since the start-up

 

Key Requirements:

  • Master Degree in a technical field (chemical, mechanical,system focus preferred) 

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Fluent English and Italian

  • Good Team Player

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
