Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose: 

 

As part of the CBS Learning Systems team, this role is responsible for updating and maintaining all learning objects, courses, and content within the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) and other Colgate learning applications. This is a hands-on technical role that serves as the first point of contact for all learning system–related queries. The analyst ensures the learning ecosystem operates effectively on a daily basis by:

  • Troubleshooting system and user issues

  • Creating and updating data within the system



Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and maintain learning items in the SuccessFactors LMS and other Colgate learning applications, including: Courses, classes, curricula, programs, assignment profiles, track registrations, captured learning records, and class closures

  • Ensure all learner data and information in the SuccessFactors LMS and other Colgate learning applications complies with regulatory requirements and good documentation practices

  • Serve as an escalation point for support issues from the HR team

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to SuccessFactors LMS and other Colgate learning applications

  • Oversee and manage the training content deployment in LMS 

  • Test e-learning content on desktop (Chrome browser) and mobile devices (Android and iOS)

  • Collaborate with GIT and People COE to evaluate, test, and implement new functionality in learning systems



Required  Qualifications (3-5 bullet points):

 

  • Minimum 1-2  year experience with Successfactors LMS

  • Bachelor education, Master preferred

  • English: fluent (speaking, reading, writing)




Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with other HR or learning technologies and integrations (e.g., HRIS, content authoring tools, SCORM/xAPI packages)
