- Drive Horizontal AI Utilization Lead hands-on AI training and enablement for your divisional workforce. Use your own adept skills with advanced AI tools (Gemini, notebookLM, etc) to build training and create valuable and ‘sticky’ use-cases and drive high-value utilization.
- Drive the region toward 100% AI adoption, specifically targeting the "final 10%" of the workforce to make AI a daily utility.
- Successfully shift 70%+ of the organization’s AI usage from basic prompting to advanced workflows (e.g., NotebookLM, Custom Gems, Gemini Advanced, and Agentic AI).
- Orchestrate LATAM AI Ambassadors Coordinate and energize your network of AI Ambassadors, aligning their efforts with divisional priorities, running training and enrichment activities, and ensuring consistent execution and momentum across hubs/sub or sub-functions.
- Capture AI Value Track and report the tangible value generated (both FTG and growth opportunities) by AI initiatives within your division/function. Establish consistent reporting cadences with your organizational leadership, and create feedback loops so data-driven insights continuously sharpen strategy and execution.
- Local Risk & Governance Lead Serve as the primary safeguard for AI risk and compliance within your division/function. Partner with the Global AI Governance team to ensure all local initiatives meet global standards and regional regulations (e.g., Local data privacy laws).
