Category Management Specialist  in cooperation with the Manager will be leading Category Management projects, which aim to drive incremental category growth.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • category analysis for Customers and benchmark retail environment,
  • identification of gaps and opportunities for Category at Customer,
  • preparation of portfolio analysis and recommendations for the whole category,
  • recommending strategy and tactics for assortment and shelf arrangement,
  • presenting recommendations to Customer to agree on the final CatMan solutions defining planograms and monitoring implementation effectiveness at stores.

 

Key requirements:

  • University degree (preferred subject of study related to analysis of data),
  • at least 2 years of experience in Marlketing /Sales (prefferably CatMan projects in FMCG sector),
  • good practical knowledge of business analytical tools (Nielsen, Dunnhumby, planogram tools),
  • good knowledge of category management principles and merchandising standards,
  • strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking,
  • advanced interpersonal and presentation skills,
  • excellent knowledge of MS Office tools with emphasis on MS Excel, knowledge of MS Access will be an asset
  • fluency in English and Polish.
