Job Title: CBS HR Reporting & Analytics Specialis


Department :  CBS HR      Division : CBS   Location : Mumbai


Job Summary                                              

This position will respond to routine ad hoc report requests, ensuring appropriate handling of confidential data and following necessary approval protocols for access to data.  Position will also research and troubleshoot report, interface and integration related issues and develop operational reports for other CBS and COHRE teams as needed.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from all HR systems, including SAP, SuccessFactors and,  ensuring handling of sensitive data and completion any required approval processes
  • Gather  and document business requirements, develop test scripts, and perform testing of new reports
  • Collect and analyze data on effectiveness of CBS initiatives, including learning initiatives, recruiting and develop operational reports to support regular activities
  • Act as a subject matter expert  on reporting for all HR technologies
  • Assist with reporting content updates for SAP, Success Factors and
  • Prioritize reporting requests and manage customer expectations by following up and providing status updates
  • Identify, recommend, and implement  opportunities for  reporting and interface automation to eliminate manual tasks
  • Manage submission and tracking of scheduled job requests to automate reporting
  • Perform manual employee data file transfers when needed to external 3rd party vendors
  • Assist in developing and delivering SAP Report Training to end users
  • Creates and maintains documentation related to HR reports


Education/ Experience Requirements


Minimum Education/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or related subject required
  • Minimum of three to five  (3-5) years of information management or related experience
  • Reporting and analytics experience highly preferred
  • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors and/or highly preferred
  • Human Resources functional knowledge desirable
  • Experience working with HR systems / technology application desirable
