Position Purpose:

The Brand Development Manager Implements and executes the strategies and plans of brands to ensure their success and growth in the local market.

 

Let’s talk about responsibilities:

Communicate the launch grid to the commercial team and provide all the necessary tools for its implementation

Ensure the execution in time of the launches, presenting samples and license plates to the sales executives, for the records with the clients.

Ensure the execution of the 5 Ps of each brand:
✓ Lead the definition of exceptions based on: SOM, Net Sales, DP vs. Budget Gap
✓ Alignment of local plans with regional strategy

Lead the correct planning of the demand, to ensure the supply of products and coordinate the estimation of quantities for New Products and offers.

 

What you need for this position:

Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering Business or Commercial Area

Upper Intermediate/Advanced English

2 years of experience in Commercial Area/Marketing

 

Additional knowledge/experience in the following is a plus:

Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Windows, SAP, BW, BI, Nielsen, MRIS
