POSITION:               Assistant Manager (Open Trade)
DEPARTMENT:      Customer Development Department (Sales Team)
Objectives / Purposes of the Job
Drive the sales growth & distribution coverage with the open trade customers in Hong Kong. 
Job Description:

  1. Achieve & exceed the sales target with the customers at the assigned territory
  2. Planning and follow through on 5P execution of distributor based on understanding of AC Nielsen analytics
  3. Maximize in-store visibility & availability of our products through effective replenishment & tidy up all the merchandising tools with sufficient stocks display
  4. Execute the promotion plan & set up POP materials effectively & efficiently with the customers in order to deliver the company goals
  5. Enhance product awareness & its display quality at the point of purchase through excellence merchandising execution & trade compliance
  6. Strategic sales planning based on market analysis with resources and budget management
  7. Provide market intelligence & recommend appropriate actions to ensure our product & promotion competitiveness in the market
  8. Maintain professional customer relationship with the open trade customers
  9. Follow up the orders, prompt payment collection & goods return with all customers
  10. Explore the business opportunity / format with the existing & new customers

Job Requirements:

  1. University Education or above with over 6 years’ sales experience FMCG in open trade (experience in FMCG is an advantage)
  2. Aggressive, persistent, eager to drive with initiation, positive thinking
  3. Strong communication & good interpersonal skills
  4. Able to work under pressure and willing to take challenges
  5. Less experienced candidate will be considered for the position of Customer Development Supervisor (CDT, Sales Team)
