Job Summary : 

 

We are looking for a Senior Consumer & Insights brand manager  to gather, analyse, interpret data and insights to inform business decisions, strategies, marketing campaigns, product development and other key initiatives.

 

Main Responsibilities : 

 

In this role you will:

  • Bring and Keep People Front & Centre of the business
  1. Deliver best-practice market insights, enabling people focused strategies  to shape the decisions our business makes around key brand, innovation and customer initiatives. 
  2. Be the subject matter expert and advisor to key stakeholders to ensure that people centrinsic insights are embedded into all aspects of the business.  

 

  • Designing, developing, and implementing actionable research programs for CP brands.
  1. Discussing specific business and brand health opportunities with Brand and recommending appropriate research design/plan 
  2. Lead and manage research projects according to the needs of the business to help deliver relevant insights and keep on top of trends. (e.g. MMM) 

 

  • Shopper & brand experience activation
  1. Work with social listening tools / shopper agencies  to identify opportunities for growth in innovation, design product/ pack experience and retail experience
  2. Assist brand teams with building Omnichannel shopper journeys

 

  • Manage all third-party research suppliers including selection and performance. Also work with third parties to identify new research techniques and solutions in line with business needs.

 

Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc)

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 7-8  years relevant experience 
  • At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a research/ insights agency (Ideally with additional experience in the client side of a multinational or in a advertising agency strategy role or in an innovation agency)
  • Experience in Consumer & Market Insights for innovation/ mining trends/ NPD insights
  • Prior experience in social listening/ research/  media intelligence company with involvement in digital strategy market, brands insights based on social media and web would have an advantage
  • Experience in new product innovation,  consumer feedback in innovation process that helps to learn, adapt and test online
  • Strong command of standard and evolving insights methodologies, including culture and data  to solve complex business challenges and create/recommend appropriate action.
  • Articulate and able make impactful presentations and influence an audience
  • Strong ad hoc research background; 
  • Experience in U&A, Segmentation, Strategic and Brand Development Research (including Innovation)

 

Preferred Requirements:

 

  • Experience working in consumer product goods preferred
  • Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs) preferred
