Consumer Experience Coordinator

(employment via temporary work agency for 12 months)

Place of work: Warsaw

Responsibilities:
● Lead the artwork development and approval process for new product launches in the CEE Hub across oral care, personal care and home care categories
● Manage new products and relaunches in matters related to SKUs creation/extension coordinate with CEE countries including Customer Service & Logistics Team
● Support the customisation of new products/new initiatives for local markets
● Create purchase orders related to agreed services, product orders
● Filling notification forms for locally developed new products (CPNP)
● Uploading & tracking Impira content (e-commerce portal)

 

Requirements:
● University degree (preferred: Marketing, Economy or related)
● Very good command of English (work in an international environment will be an asset)
● Highly organized with a strong eye for detail
● Excellent communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently
● Fast learner with a proactive attitude; solution-oriented

● A team player with the ability to form strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders across the organisation
